Monarch offers advertisers a very unique and effective advertising media in grocery stores. Our patent pending advertising units, which display a combination of electronic and static ads and human interest announcements are installed at checkout lanes in grocery stores. This gives customers the opportunity to view ads from local business merchants, community announcements, AMBER alerts, weather, news headlines, healthy eating tips, pet lost & found and in-store promotions while they are waiting in line to pay for their groceries. Advertisers profit because this unique and exciting form of advertising gives advertisers a captive audience and has their ad appearing every 4 minutes (equals 15 times per hour...7,000 times per month) at each checkout lane throughout a store's business hours. Only 11 ads are offered per grocery store.

 

As a Regional Marketing Director, you will be responsible for selling advertising to business merchants located in the Birmingham, AL Region that are within 3 miles of grocery stores in which we have our display units.

Qualified Candidates Will Have:Minimum of 2 Years Outside B2B Sales Experience.Excellent Closing Skills. Drive, Enthusiasm and a Strong Work Ethic. Excellent Telephone and Presentation Skills. Proven Record of Sales Accomplishments.

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with excellent closing skills. You will spend one week (Monday thru Friday) at our home office in Normal, IL to receive the necessary training by our professional staff in order for you to be fully prepared in the field. Once in the field, you will receive 'first class' ongoing sales support both in the field and at home office.
