Corporate Sales Trainer

The Corporate Sales Trainer is responsible for the development and implementation of training for sales personnel.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Develop, maintain and implement training modules for sales personnel including

  new employee orientation, sales training, data products training  and other customer

  service training as needed.

2. Maintain a consistent presence in our retail locations with a goal of 

recommending and implementing best practice policies and

procedures that insure our customers are very satisfied and that

are consistent with our vision statement.

3. Develop and design interactive courses for the Cellular South e-learning University.

4. Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Three years of successful consumer sales experience required- Cellular South or previous wireless experience preferred.  Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education or Organizational Development preferred.  Two years previous experience with the development and delivery of a structured sales training program required.  Previous experience with the development and delivery of structuredtechnical training preferred.  Prior experience with the implementation and development of interactive presentations in an ?e-learning? environment preferred. Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point required.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS Must be able to sit for long periods of time while viewing computer screen and use computer keyboard and/or mouse.  Must be able to lift 20lbs.  Schedule includes some evenings and weekends. Must be willing to travel throughout Cellular South markets (currently in MS, TN, AL, FL) up to 30% of the time.
