Description: The Pharma Solutions Healthcare Analytics segment within WK Health is a leading provider of data and business intelligence products to the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical devices industries, including products for sales compensation and targeting, market and marketing research, managed care, and outcomes analysis. In addition to its leading position in physician-level data products, they are pioneering the emerging and high-growth market for primary source transactional prescription data. This approach combines data from across the entire spectrum of care over time to provide manufacturers with more comprehensive data than is otherwise available.


The Position
Reporting to the Vice President, Account Management Services this client-facing position manages a staff responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and retention. A critical link between clients, Customer Operations, and Sales; the Director, Account Management Services sets the team goals and performance expectations, resolves escalated complex client issues, defines individual account strategies, establishes required tactics and oversees execution for required results. This position is directly responsible for building and maintaining the teams necessary to ensure multi-million dollar, multi-year contracts are retained and renewed without compression due to service or performance issues. The role is also responsible for ensuring the team has the expertise and rapport necessary to expand business within an established client and to identify and seize up-sell opportunities and for recognizing new sales opportunities and working with Sales to execute, manage, and implement new sales opportunities.

This position will be based in the Yardley, PA office, but can alternatively be located in Phoenix.

Qualifications:
o Bachelor Degree. Coursework in management, marketing, business strategy, diversity, project management, leadership, and customer service.
o Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical clients and their product/data utilization, predominately with Sales Compensation, Targeting and Managed Care.
o Working knowledge of contracts including out-clauses, penalties, and rewards. Compliance with contract standards.
o Strong working knowledge of industry, channels of distribution, purchasing organizations, etc.
