Enrollment Advisor - Walden

Due to the tremendous growth of our online degree programs Laureate Education, Inc., is searching for professionals with strong relationship sales experience to lead our student enrollment activities as Enrollment Advisors.

Enrollment Advisors advise, support and guide potential students through the decision-making, application and admissions process via telephone. Student leads are provided. As members of our front-line team, our Enrollment Advisors advise potential students on how to achieve their professional and personal goals in our degree programs. They also consult with the academic offices to ensure an excellent student experience.

DUTIES:
- Assess potential applicants to determine qualifications, interests, career goals and assist them in enrolling in the degree program matching their need.
- Receive and follow-up on student inquiries relating to obtaining advanced degrees via telephone.
- Qualify and advise students for various academic programs.
- Assist students with the enrollment process.
- Build rapport and provide guidance for students interested in obtaining advanced degrees.
- Consult with the Academic Offices to ensure an excellent student experience.

- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service, account management, career advising or relationship sales experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Must possess excellent phone skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
