The ideal candidate will have:

?  2+ years sales experience;

?  Enthusiasm and Motivation

?  Associate  degree or sufficient sales experience

?  Experience in Building Materials

?  Courteous and professional face-to-face and telephone demeanor;

?  Ability to multi task;

?  Excellent communication skills;

?  Ability to prioritize job duties;

?  Ability to solve problems;

?  Bilingual Spanish a plus;

?  Detail orientated organizational skills;

 

 The successful candidate will:

?  Find new business under the guidance of the Branch Manager; 

?  Develop relationships with all customers; 

?  Assist customers with inquiries in the showroom, over the phone and while on the road;

?  Maintain accurate files on all customers;

?  With the help of the Branch manager create efficient logistics for daily deliveries to meet customer?s expectations for

  on-time delivery.

?  Prepare yearly sales and marketing plans

?  Prepare Records and Reports
