INSIDE SALES REP

This transactional position will work with internal and external customers in the sales function.

Your external customers will include all assigned accounts. With external customers, duties include responding to customers quotations, needs, inquires, and complaints. Also, administrative processing of customer orders. Your internal customers will include the outside salesperson responsible for the same accounts. With your internal contact, you will share any interaction and involvement with customers that might require the outside salesperson's attention, or may result in additional sales.

Responsibilities include the following:

Daily interaction with large customer base on contractual and transactional business.

Understanding the goals and concepts of our business and incorporating business goals to achieve sales and profitability.

Working closely with territory managers yet is capable of working with credit, inventory, systems, warehouse, etc.

Qualifications: TEAM PLAYER!
College degree (preferred)
Proven sales success record with two plus years of sales experience
Aggressive, competitive and self-motivated
Proficient in Microsoft applications (i.e. Word, Excel)
Strong math aptitude
Detail oriented
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Problem solving/conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Experienced and excels with working in team or individually.
