Inside Sales Representative

Techs OnTime has been servicing customers in the Valley for 6 years. We are a family-owned PC repair business, that focuses primarily on residential and small-business customers. Currently, we have over 20,000 customers in the Phoenix marketplace.

At this time, we have an opportunity for an experienced inside sales professional. Primary responsibilities will be the management and creation of a sales pipeline made up of new and existing business. You will be receiving inbound phone calls from potential customers and it will be your job to illustrate the value of our business model and set up an appointment for one of our technicians to visit the customer. The technicians will handle all repair-related activities, but it is your responsibility to manage each specific customer job from start to finish.  As time allows, you will also be expected to proactively seek out additional customers by making outbound phone calls and selling the value of our services. Outbound calls will be based on specific promotional campaigns for our products and services.  Previous sales experience is required. Knowledge of general PC components is strongly preferred. You must be customer service focused, with a friendly personality and an ability to close business over the phone. 
Duties:
* Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about additional products and services.

* Opens customer accounts by recording account information.

* Maintains customer records by updating account information.

* Works closely with PC technicians in relaying customer issues and setting appointments for technicians to make full diagnosis.

* Maintains financial accounts by processing customer payments and adjustments.

* Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

* Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
