Insurance Sales Representative

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative in our busy Phoenix, AZ Office to consult with our existing customers on their existing Auto and Home policies. The selected candidate will provide timely and accurate guidance and service to policy holders for a variety of Personal Lines products, plans and programs.

Qualifications:
Associates degree or equivalent training plus a minimum of 2 years of insurance or sales/service related work experience is required. Must have proficient PC, analytical, decision making and organizational skills as well as strong interpersonal and persuasive skills in order to communicate effectively with customers & prospects, as well as to close sales. Personal lines products, policies, systems and coverage knowledge preferred. Property & Casualty license required after hire.

CLASS START DATES:
NON-LICENSED - September 5th
LICENSED - September 18th
