LOAN OFFICER OPPORTUNITY UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL

Job Description: One of the Leading Tempe Based Lending Organization is expanding and seeking professionals that would prefer to earn very aggressive commissions and bonuses.
Earning potential is uncapped with a base + commission structure, quarterly bonuses and volume incentives to the high performers.
Base Salary: $24,000/year
Commission: Loan Officers receive 50% on all points added on top of the origination fee.
$1000 signs on bonus - after 60 days of employment.

Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
. At least 8 months previous loan specialist/officer experience.
. High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience.
. Computer literate with at least 25 wpm typing proficiency.
. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
. Minimum of 1-year sales experience.
. Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions as they relate to the industry
. Previous experience in Mortgage, Credit, Banking or industry related experience.
Must have previous sales experience to be considered!
