ENTRY LEVEL INSIDE SALES/ACCOUNT MANAGER
Diamond Blade Warehouse is the largest distributor to contractors of industrialized tools in the country. We have immediate openings for Entry Level Inside Sales Representatives in our Scottsdale office. Due to the construction boom across the nation and especially here in Arizona we are aggressively expanding our offices due to the overwhelming demand for our products.

 

If you?re looking for an EXCEPTIONAL commission program, convenient Scottsdale location and fun working environment then this could be the position for you. We need sales reps that can hit the ground running that are enthusiastic and hard-working.

Due to the specialization of our industry we look for people with sales, customer service and/or construction experience. We provide full paid training on all of our products. Furthermore, our veteran salespeople provide intensive hands-on training to our new sales associates. Perhaps the most appealing dynamic of this position is that we offer consumable products that contractors need to perform their job. This in essence means that with our prospective clients the need and immediate urgency is already and always there.

 

In turn we offer a guaranteed base vs. commission which ever is larger.
We also offer Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K.

An average sales rep will make between 35-45K their first year.  The amazing thing about this is that with some hard work you will DOUBLE that in year two, and be in SIX FIGURES by year three.

-Must be able to excel in communicating with clients over the phone!
