Regional Account Manager - Mid-Market
Fast growing, Phoenix based, technology company is looking for 3 Regional Account Managers for our Mid Market Division North America. Candidates will be responsible for achieving sales quota in a geographic territory in North America. Conducting full sales cycles that typically do not call for face-to-face meetings; qualifies leads from marketing activity; assists in maintaining effective field-level relationships with global partners; coordinates sales efforts with NetPro Pre-Sales Engineers. Produces and presents proposals to customers. Presents and manages on-line sales seminars.
Job responsibilities include:
? Maintaining, identifying and acquiring new business opportunities in the (Small to Medium Enterprise) space within a given geographic territory.
? Working independently to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
? Identifying markets, managing territories, cold calling, prospect qualification, developing a thorough needs analysis and closing of target opportunities.
? Learning, understanding, and executing the principles of Solution Selling.
? Ability to generate proof of concepts, web demos, ROI?s, and business case justification
? Ability to negotiate opportunities across the enterprise.
? Provide reports of sales and opportunity status to manager.
The ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of successful, quota carrying, telesales or sales experience.
? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent training in business; software sales experience preferred but not mandatory; integrated sales cycle experience, basic business management training, experienced at art of telephone communication.
? Good knowledge of technology ? particularly Active Directory and Microsoft infrastructure management.
? Excellent presentation skills and negotiation skills; strong time management ability; excellent skills in communication, interpersonal, and solution selling.
? Professional writing and presentation skills required.
? Knowledge of PC?s, data base and word processing applications.
? Heavy e-mail and telephone usage.
? Microsoft LiveMeeting (or similar platform) usage
