Retention Education currently has an opening for a passionate, enthusiastic, and driven Regional Sales Manager to join our rapidly expanding team.

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for:
? Establishing and maintaining industry contacts to increase sales
? Prospecting, qualifying, and generating sales within assigned region
? Developing and delivering effective sales presentations and closing sales in a professional and effective manner
? Traveling 80% within territory and 20% outside of the territory

Qualified individuals will have:
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required in business or education fields
? 5-10 years of successful sales management experience
? Proven analytical skills in prospecting clients and understanding their buying habits
? Bilingual with Spanish and English required.
? Strong customer service and relationship building skills
? Excellent written/verbal communications skills
? The ability to work well independently without direct supervision
? Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with Sales Force.com preferred
