Sales Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and manage outside sales team,
hiring, training, coaching salespeople to
achieve specified sales revenue goals while
adhering to budget; sell to both auto
dealership prospects and upsell existing
customers within company policies.
REQUIREMENTS: Sales manager should have minimum of 5 yrs sales experience and 2 yrs management experience in advertising, automotive or relevant field; bachelor's degree preferred; excellent communication, organization, time management and coaching skills required; own vehicle, auto insurance and good driving record required. Professional appearance and manner required. Bi-lingual a plus.
