Chemical Operators

Huntsville manufacturer of reagents for the pharmaceutical industry has an immediate need for 4 contract Chemical Technicians in its local facility.

This is shift work- 48 hours a week- hours are 6am-6pm, rotating shifts. Paid OT.


Performs functions associated with the manufacture of pharmaceutical reagents, including charging raw materials, monitoring complex reactions and distillations, product isolation, final product packaging and waste handling. Strictly follows SOPs during daily activities. Works a variety of shifts as required to support production schedule. Completes manufacturing operations activities such as, but not limited to, processing, cleaning equipment and facilities, packaging, material handling, recording data and reviewing documentation.

Some knowledge of chemistry
Mechanically inclined
Ability to follow written instructions
Chemical processing experience preferred.
