Lab Technician (Glass Wash/Media Prep) to $42k+ - Bio-medical
Job Description:
Immediate need for Lab Technician (glass wash/media prep) seeking a professional working environment and an opportunity for advancement. Qualified candidate must have the ability to investigate and solve product quality problems, customer issues, effective interpersonal and communication skills. A high regard for accuracy and attention to detail will be keys to success in this stable, well known organization. Will be responsible for preparation of equipment including operation of autoclaves, bulk sterilizers, media dispensers, balances, centrifuges, filtration equipment, water systems and other lab equipment. Preparation of reagents, buffers, cell culture media as well as microbiological media. Also responsible for cleaning and sterilizing glassware as well as maintaining a sterile glassware inventory for particular lab areas.
