Immediate opening for a QC Traceability Coordinator with a major food manufacturer in the Los Angeles area.

Contract-to-hire position
Monday-Friday, 1st shift, 7am-3:30pm
Pay Rate: $10-12/hr

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Oversee ingredient quality inspection that includes: Quality defects, sensorial testing, and code date reading
-Build code date reports in Excel
-Work with Receiving and Production departments to coordinate FIFO policy (First in first out)
-Traceback ingredients
-Conduct traceability audits

Experience:
-High School Diploma
-Requires basic experience in Quality Control
