Job duties include: meeting placement and gross profit goals, new candidate generation, coaching candidates through resignation/counter offer, participating in consultant orientations, interviewing consultants prior to assignment end for extension or remarketing. 

Qualified candidates must have:

?  BS in Science

?  2 + years lab experience

?  Sales/customer service experience a plus

?  Strong phone and written communication skills

?  Unusual work ethic & strong commitment to achieve success
