Spectrum Laboratory Products, Inc., a provider of high purity pharmaceutical and industrial grade chemicals, laboratory supplies and safety equipment has an opportunity for an experienced Technical Service Representative at its Gardena, California facility.

Provide technical support to customers on Chemicals, Safety and Laboratory Products. To receive, investigate and resolve customers? quality related complaints on both Chemicals and Laboratory products. To maintain and update files and the specific company documentation.

 

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

? Check all references and resources regarding our products

? Investigate the history of complaints and customer's sales

? Carry out both corrective and preventive actions to resolve the issue to ensure quality of our products

? Determine actions necessary to eliminate recurrence of customer complaints

? Investigate all open customer complaints

? Close all customer complaints within 28 days

 

QUALIFIED APPLICANTS MUST POSSES THE FOLLOWING:

 

? BS degree in Chemistry, or related Science fields.

? 1-2 Years of lab experience or training in the chemical industry is preferred.

? PC literate.

? Excellent written and oral communication skills.

? Motivated and capable individual that has demonstrated ability to work with a team or independently as required.

? Technical Skill/Requirements:

? Experience in using PC, Microsoft word.

? Capable in writing Technical letters.

? Comfortable and confidant to talk to the customers over the phone.

? Excellent people and phone skills
