Manager ? Boulevard Health Club (BHC)

Job Description

The Manager oversees all positions and daily operations of the BHC. This position is fully accountable for:The overall operation and profitability of the facility. New member acquisition, member service and financial performance. Insures adherence to all BHC policies and procedures, including, but not limited to all legal and ethical requirements. Must uphold the company standards of service, sales, staffing, safety, security and budgets.

Qualifications

 

We are looking for an individual who??Is highly motivated with strong supervisory and customer service skills ?Has two or more years of supervisory experience in a health club environment participating in membership sales and fitness programming. ?Has a friendly professional attitude and is self-motivated

The Boulevard Health Club is a full service neighborhood health club, maintaining a low-key atmosphere and focusing on personal service. We are a small private health club celebrating our fifteenth year in the neighborhood, and offer state of the art equipment, programs, and personal training in order to meet the needs of all of our members. Membership at BHC includes aerobic classes, yoga classes, cardiovascular equipment, free weights, and locker and towel service.
