Tee Time Coordinator

1. Responsible for taking reservations and accurately inputting into the computer system.
2. Answer inquiries of golf rates and current events.
3. Be familiar with Squaw Valley Central Reservations, North Lake Tahoe Resort Association, and VIP International Reservation Systems.
4. Interact with Group Rooms Coordinator on bookings.
5. Handle all guest?s special requests in a professional manner.
6. Complete all necessary projects by the assigned times. Complete documents as directed and to specifications.

 High school graduate or equivalent.
 Pleasant speaking voice
 Previous reservations experience.
 Excellent written and verbal skills.
 Must be able to type accurately (30 words per minute).
 Knowledgeable of the game of golf.
