Executive Director, Category Management

Position Description:

This position will have primary responsibility for creating and managing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports summarizing how Fox is performing in the competitive video marketplace as well as internally against its goals. Responsible for providing key observations and insights, identifying trends and opportunities derived from in-depth analysis of the competitive marketplace. Coordinate analyses with Market Research, in particular, concerning the competitive landscape, industry trends, and consumer insights. Track and analyze exogenous factors that impact retail and the video category: economic, geo-demographic, cultural, etc. Work with Fox groups outside of Domestic Home Entertainment to share non-proprietary information and best practices as it relates to Category Management and Retail.

A Master's degree in an analytical field, 10+ years of experience, preferably in home entertainment, and a working knowledge in the use of Category Management tools and the ability to work in a team environment are required. Along with these skill sets, excellent communication, prioritization and analytical skills are essential.
