Inventory Control Manager

Currently Greatwide Distribution Logistics is searching for an Inventory Control Manager.

 

This position will be responsible for all reporting, organization, tracking and on-line collaboration for a division of Greatwide's business structure.  With a heavy focus on training others on inventory management, the candidate in this position will be creating and maintaining accurate inventory management procedures and tracking methods that will prove as a consistent information gathering and reporting source for multiple locations nationwide.

 

Other duties of this position will be creating complex Excel spreadsheets, policy training to peers and upper management, reporting presentations to customer and executives of company, and standardizing all documentation of processes. 

 

A qualified candidate will meet the following requirements:5+ years inventory management experienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related fieldsCreated and implemented in-house training seminars regarding inventory managementExcellent written and verbal communication skills in a logical and organized mannerAdvanced computer skills in MS Office with emphasis in Excel and Power PointAdvanced math and analytical skills when dealing with a high volume of information.An in-depth understanding of the financial impact of decisions made by all functional areas and an ability to articulate the impact.
