Our Maersk Logistics Division currently has a challenging opportunity available for a detail-oriented self-starter at our offices in Costa Mesa, CA.

 

In this challenging position, you will support global supply chain management activities to exceed customer requirements. Your responsibilities will include maintaining data integrity, establishing and maintaining client-specific operating procedures, resolving day-to-day business issues, documenting and reporting service delivery problems, and generating management reports. You will also work closely with clients and other Maersk Logistics offices to ensure effective communications, superior customer service and timely problem resolution.

 

To qualify, you must possess a Bachelor?s degree, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical ability, account management/ customer service experience, and computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). The ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment is essential. At least 1-3 years of functional experience in transportation or logistics is preferred.
