Job Description
Duets:
Communicating with shipping companies, trucking companies and warehouse to coordinate the pick-up, and delivery of cargo.Negotiating for the rate of transportationControl shipments by scheduling loads, certify quantity and items.Prepare shipping documents to include bills of lading, release order, export documents, packing list, etc.,General administration duties as needed ? to include telephone and email communication with offices, warehouses and employees.Control shipments by scheduling loads, certify quantity and items.Documents inventory by recording shipments, adjustments, losses and removal of items.Documents shipment by recording/identifying information of items and transporting information.Maintains inventory by recording inventory, inputting shipment /inventory data. Verifies entered customer account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data. Resolves shipping claims by contacting shipping companies and following up on shipping errors or damaged shipment.
Skill/Qualification:
Data EntryWorking knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel. Languages: Mandarin or Spanish a big plus.College degree preferred.Documentation skills
