Program Management Master Program Scheduler

Keys:

Requires a minimum of 5 years industrial or aerospace experience, plus a Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering or Business,

or the equivalent in additional experience.  Ideal candidate will have experience with MRPII and Enterprise Resource

Planning (ERP) systems.  Must have previous experience with MS Project.  Requires strong interpersonal, communication,

and presentation skills and be an independent self-starter. 

 

This position requires the ability to prepare and analyze status against the plan; conduct risk analyses; and, with support from program team members, develop, incorporate, and monitor corrective actions to mitigate impact to schedules.  In effectively performing the task, the Master Program Scheduler should have an intimate knowledge of people management, particularly influence management, conflict resolution, negotiation, leadership, and assertiveness skills.  In addition, the Program Scheduler will be expected to present project schedule status to the customer and the company?s Management in such venues as Group Business Reviews and Program Design Review meetings. Requires strong interpersonal,

 communication, and presentation skills and be an independent self-starter.

 

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Programs, this function will develop, analyze, present, coordinate, and maintain complex integrated schedules and resource plans for multiple programs.  The ultimate goal of this position is to improve on-time delivery of products to our customers. Will support the Program Managers by creating detailed project schedules linked with resource allocations for new design development programs.  Will be expected to stay abreast of each program?s progress, and create detailed schedules with linked tasks and interdependencies, using Microsoft Project.  Must have experience with Program Management and have a good working knowledge of Design Engineering and Manufacturing operations, their roles, and expected contributions to the schedule being created, and tasks to be executed. ______________________________________________________________________________________________
