Replenishment Analyst

Qualified candidate would manage key vendors who are critical to the success of the business of who have a high level complexity at our Corporate office in Northwest Phoenix.  Continuously maintaining and improving vendor partnerships by providing quick and accurate responses to market and resource concerns and opportunities as well as monitoring best practices for freight and shipping expenses.  Preparing orders or other documents for purchasing new or additional stock items from assigned vendors.  Responsible for authorized data in item/master and puchase orders for assigned vendors.  Audits data in article master files to ensure accuracy.  Maintains the accuracy of Distribution Centers replenishment, including all discrepencies.  Makes sure new items are set up properly; advise of initial order dates; advise of all paperwork needed etc.  Reviews and analyzes reports to excess inventory.  Provides order projections to vendors as required.  Coordinates porduct/freight flow with volume planning and event management team.  Manages back orders daily by reviewing on orders, late PO's, projections and sales history.

 

Bachelors Degree from 4 year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
