Senior Marketing Specialist

  Position Overview:   To support and manage vertical marketing projects (or portions of projects) with the Director/Marketing Managers.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: customer and market research, analysis, internal communications, creative concept development, new product development, promotions and programs, pricing analysis, local marketing programs, collateral, direct mail, public relations, internet/intranet, and lead generation campaign management. Essential Functions: The essential functions may include some or all of the following:
Perform reporting responsibilities, including monthly YOY non-programmer and vertical data as well as quarterly tradeshow leads and lead generation.
Serve as the point person for vertical marketing inquiries from field sales.
Perform monthly internal communications responsibilities for vertical marketing team (monthly narratives, internal newsletter, etc.)
Assist Director/Marketing Managers in the development of collateral and promotional materials in the vertical markets.
Identify and assist with market segmentation and targeting analysis.
Assist Marketing Manager as needed with specific project assignments.
Assist in developing sales tools and educational processes for sales teams, including quarterly vertical sales training and CSS.
Organize and follow the process of tradeshow leads including the tracking of leads.
Serve as the marketing point person for industry associations, publications and industry promotional opportunities.
Evolve into management role of one specialty market and support four targeted markets. Working Environment: No special physical requirements for this position.  Position is situated in an office environment.

 Education: 
BA in marketing or related field
MBA preferred  Minimum Specifications:
Two to Three years marketing-related experience
