Site Manager- Springdale, AR

DESCRIPTIONIDG USA, LLC. is a nationwide supplier of maintenance, repair, operating, and production (MROP) products and services to manufacturing and other industrial users. We provide an array of value-added services and other arrangements, including Flexible Procurement Solutions (FPS) such as storeroom management, which emphasize and utilize our specialized expertise in product applications and production process improvements.

We distribute a full line of MROP products, specializing in cutting tools, abrasives, hand and power tools, coolants, lubricants, adhesives, safety products, and machine tools, and we can supply virtually any other MROP product that a customer may require.

Currently, we are searching to fill a newly created position On-Site at our Customer's manufacturing facility in Springdale, Arkansas.

This position is the site manager and will manage two buyers and 5 attendants in the site operations & assist in managing the relationship with the customer in their facility.

The Managers main responsiblity will be overseeing and managing the partnership relation. You will have Full Authority:

* Maintain all associate records regarding PTO, hire date, performance reviews, for buyer, & issuer-receivers;
* Ensure that storeroom is attended per contract with Customer,
* Ensure that all associates follow the Customer?s rules on safety,
* Ensure associate is well informed of all IDG policy, daily memo?s, & announcements,
* Ensure that the IDG associates is trained in the standard operating procedures for FPS,
* Ensure ISO Compliance.

Main goal is to continue to work and continue to promote IDG to the customer:

* Discuss all Customer Satisfaction promotions with the Customer,
* Establish and maintain a Professional relationship with key Customer contacts,
* Project development and follow-through for cost savings committed to in the contract;
* Oversee the generation of performance reports for the Customer.

You would have full accountability and measured on performance by:

* Contract review to ISO Standards,
* Maintain all data on associate records,
* Measure feedback from the Customer,
* Bi-weekly associate team meetings,
* Monthly reports,
* Customer Surveys,
* Service level reports,
* Supplier performance,
* Internal audits of SOP/JWI's,
* Quarterly Site Presentation to Plant Management.

IMPORTANT NOTE: follow the directions for consideration in the information below.REQUIREMENTSJob requires the managing of the logistics in the storeroom and office On-Site at the customer.

This will include full authority to:

* Source items for the customer & process PO's;
* Monitor inventory levels- service levels;
* Train and Coach the IDG associate in SOP/JWI?s;
* Approve all stock adjustments;
* Assign daily cycle counting;
* Project management & cost savings;
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

The performance accountability will include:

* Internal audits,
* Minimum stock adjustments,
* Perform to monthly inventory budget.

Skill to include: Communication, PC skills, basic math, ISO experience, relationship building, inventory management & process improvement management.

Knowledge MUST include: Industrial products and basic product application, and basic administrative management, cost savings and performance evaluation experience.
