(Two) Field Representatives- 1) Lakeland, FL and 2) Phoenix, AZ

Two positions available:  One in Lakeland, FL and one in Phoenix, AZ. 

 

I. General Description:

 

To complete field audits of unsaleable products in a professional and timely manner using acquired independent judgement in interpreting and administering the customer?s damaged goods policy.  Travel required.

 

II.  Minimum Requirements:

 

High School diploma or it?s equivalent and experience with hand-held computers; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the job responsibilities.

 

  Working knowledge of computer software programs, such as Excel and MS Word in a Windows environment.

 

  Ability to travel overnight independently.

 

III. Job Responsibilities:

 

?  Learn & maintain detailed knowledge of all Field Operations Policies & Procedures.

?  Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of the product policies for each manufacturer client.

?  Perform inspections of specific manufacturer?s unsaleable product in designated reclamation centers in the assigned region.

?  Analyze products to determine whether reimbursable under the manufacturer?s policy (razor cut and undamaged product).

?  Develop a professional relationship with center management.

?  Perform all required product dispositions, including call?ins to Transportation Department.

?  Maintain close out schedule for each reclamation center assigned to and make inspection appointments as needed.

?  Back up inspection data daily; upload data to IT weekly according to specified deadlines. (12:00 pm Sat. EST)

?  Expend company funds in accordance with the Company?s Travel and Expense Policies

?  Complete and submit all paperwork in specified time frame (call reports, expense reports, TRACE paperwork).

?  Supply competitive information whenever possible.

?  Maintain ongoing knowledge and expertise regarding all new services.

?  Communicate any reclamation center changes and TRACE contact information to appropriate departments for updating purposes.

?  Raise Level of TRACE module expertise to ?Leader? status to achieve Senior Field Analyst status.

?  Successfully complete training of all field related services and procedures.

?  Demonstrate leadership abilities.
