Applications Systems Manager

* Analyze, design, develop and maintain Siebel CRM based software programs including systems development infrastructure, project assignments, code development processes, code design acceptance, release management and scheduling.


* The Application Systems Manager will work with Engineering, Operations and Customer Processing in deriving feature requirements, time schedules and integration requirement to support delivery of CRM components to support back office functions.


* Responsibilities also include writing custom software specifications, programming and writing clear and precise end-user documentation.  The Application Systems Manager must have knowledge of advanced database applications and structured computer principles and methodologies in order to analyze existing data telecommunications systems and develop, teat and integrate custom applications. 

 

 

Required Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skill:
Bach. Sci. in Computer or Telecom Engineering, plus 2 yrs post-baccalaureate exp in job offered or 2 yrs post-baccalaureate exp as telecom network engineer.
