Title: Reporting Analyst

Job Description: The Reporting Analyst reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user and business group needs to create standardized and ad hoc reports using Hyperion System 9 BI+, Omniture website analytics, and Postfuture email campaign management system.

The Reporting Analyst will perform a variety of complex tasks and is expected to rely on his/her experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This person will report to the Senior Manager of CRM. A certain degree of creativity and latitude will be provided.

Required Skills: The Reporting Analyst will have experience in the following:

?2-4 years of experience working in CRM, business intelligence, or systems analyst roles.
?Intermediate SQL skills
?Good understanding of database and client-server concepts
?Proven ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
?Experience in gathering and documenting user requirements.


Desired Skills: Ideally, the Reporting Analyst will also have the following:

?Bachelor?s Degree in one of the following field: Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Administration with a strong analytical background.
?Experience in report building with any of the following tools: Hyperion, MicroStrategy, or Business Objects.
