Site Acquisition Specialists - Phoenix/Chicago

Site Acquisition Specialist (opportunities available in AZ, IL, GA, UT, NM,  CO, ID, MT, NV)

* Conducts site searches; selects acquisition candidates; researches property ownership; negotiates leases/purchases.

* Contacts owners and negotiates terms for leases/purchases.

* Prepares option and lease agreements for execution.

* Meets owners on-site to select exact tower placement, prepares site sketch to show location of tower on property and proximity to electricity, land line telephone, surface water, access, buildings, etc.

* Prepares maps and drawings; cursory environmental assessments, takes photos.

*Takes GPS readings to determine latitude and longitude.

* Executes documents * and conducts site meetings with contract personnel (surveyors, etc.).

*Submits detailed, comprehensive reports.

* Researches zoning and permitting requirements in the appropriate jurisdictions; submits information for professional review

Qualifications:

* High School Plus One Year Advanced Education or Specialized Training (i.e., Real Estate, Leasing, Telecommunications) preferred.

* One to two years relevant experience preferred.

* Equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Special requirement:

* Real estate license preferred
