POSITION SUMMARY

TeamOn Systems, a division of Research In Motion, is looking for a Systems Analyst for our wireless email applications. This position has the responsibility to research, analyze and document applications failures discovered in both production and test systems. The ideal candidate would have a desire to thoroughly examine and understand how and why a system or application is behaving as it is, and the ability to clearly document the situation. Responsibilities include, research and resolve application failures, identify and document software and service bugs, perform application configuration changes. Note that some 7x24 On Call coverage is required in this role.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

A BS/BA degree in computer science or related experience preferred
3-5 years experience of systems analysis
Linux/Unix knowledge required
Knowledge of Internet networking and mail protocols required
Good writing skills required

Some SQL ability a plus
Experience in tiered technical support environment preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member required
