Technical Support Representative

Koncept International, Inc. a leading provider of Voice over IP solutions is currently looking for highly qualified and motivated Technical Support Representatives (TSR) to staff our Support team.

 

Our Technical Support Representatives respond to customer's inquiries regarding our softswitch systems and VoIP phones via incoming telephone calls and/or email correspondence. They are responsible for walking the customer through configuration issues and troubleshoot technical problems with the customer; The TSR are supposed to solve most customer problems, but if not,the TSR makes recommendations and coordinates problem resolution with the appropriate departments.

 

This position will maintain our sample phone inventory as well, routine job includes configure and shipping the samples according to PO from sales. He/She will also works as an assistant of the engineer to take part in our world wide VoIP network management.

 

This position requires exceptional organizational, troubleshooting and communication skills, as well as patience, persistence and a desire to help customers achieve success with our products.

 

We are seeking a confident, resourceful self-starter who requires minimal supervision. The successful candidate will have a high degree of integrity and a positive attitude. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, informal, multinational organization is a must.

 

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in CS/EE or equivalent experience
- 2 years' experience in a technical role in telecom company
- In-depth, hands-on experience with the following:
 TCP/IP network, Cisco routers and switches, VoIP products, SIP protocols,
- Experience implementing voice and or IP networks
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus
- Working knowledge of Windows
- PC hardware and software skills
- Telecom or Networking background preferred
- Los angeles local people preferred
