Web Designer

With offices based in Sydney Australia, New York and now opening in Culver City, CA and then expansion into New Zealand and more, Mobile Messenger offers a full managed service to it's clients and has fast become a leader in the Mobile Entertainment Industry. Established in 2000 Mobile Messenger has grown to now include a workforce of over 60 staff globally and as a result of this growth offers a unique opportunity for a Web Designer to join our new LA team.

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Marketing Manager the role is responsible for concepts and design of web sites and advertising media for mobile entertainment services.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

? Design & implementation of mobile entertainment web sites

? Design of banners/logos/animations/navigation

? Design of print advertisements

Essential Skills/Attributes

? Experience in using

? Adobe CS Photoshop

? Macromedia studio (Dreamweaver and Flash)

? Understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP

? Fast and accurate delivery, multiple projects handling ability

? Eagerness to learn and improve

? Good communication skills

? Excellent time management and organisational skills

? Innovative self starter

? Strong graphic and web design skills

Desirable

Previous experience with design of web landing pagesExperience in the Mobile Entertainment or related industryWeb development experience with intermediate knowledge of PHP
