Design Support

Are you a Design Support expert looking for a new creative outlet? Our client, a fortune 100 company offers a fun work environment and is looking to fill one year long contract opportunity.

In this position, you will provide vital systems and administrative support to the commercialization team in order to facilitate the on-time commercialization and delivery of product. You must demonstrate knowledge and abilities in the following areas:

Technical:
*Knowledge of Microsoft applications, familiar with use of computer systems.

Communication/Language:
*Must have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as strong results and service orientation.
*Must also have high degree of professionalism
*Must have the ability to network and use internal and external resources.

Other:
* Ability to handle multiple and competing priorities and requests.
* Ability to read and interpret difficult instructions
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to exercise good judgment in setting priorities, executing instructions and follow-through
* Ability to work in a fast paced results-oriented and team environment.

Your role in this job will be broken down into the following functions, any and all experience related to this specific roles is seen as a plus!

Data Entry:
* Assist with creation, maintenance, and distribution of style specifications as directed.
* Create and maintain other product and order related information to support commercialization and tracking efforts. Product information may include but is not limited to: Buy ready status, pricing and purchase order tracking.

Liaise with other Departments:
* Communicate with other departments as required to coordinate product development activities.
Manage samples and prototypes:
* Organize and maintain factory prototype submits and sample garment inventory.
* Measure garment submits in preparation for developer review.
Reporting:
* Produce standard and ad hoc reports.
