We are looking for the following talented individual to join our growing team at our Corporate Headquarters in beautiful Santa Barbara, CA:
HOUSEFILE MANAGERThis position is responsible for managing Housefile circulation for The Territory Ahead and Isabella Bird catalogs in order to meet demand objectives with maximum profitability on customer file and minimum cost per buyer on prospect files.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSCreate Housefile segmentation plans for all mailings
? Create Housefile segmentation plans for all mailings that meet demand and profit goals.
? Implement Housefile testing, follow-up with analysis as needed.
? Develop merge instructions, both front-end and back-end, for each mailing.
? Effectively communicate all house segmentation instructions with Service Bureau Account Coordinator.
? Work with outside vendors in addition to service bureau in regards to Housefile optimizations, data hygiene projects and other processes as necessary
? Give input and review with Database Director and Marketing Director on processes and projects related to customer scoring, mailfile creation and miscellaneous. testing and analysis.
? Manage Catalog request and conversion to Buyer programs. KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND EXPERIENCE
? Minimum of three-to-five years circulation experience in direct mail environment required.
? Advanced Excel Spreadsheet skills required and Database (ie. Access) proficiency helpful.
? Strong analytical and communication skills.
