Grow with us! Material Sciences Corp, (MSC) is a Global provider of coil-coated & composite materials, electroplated sheet steel, & metallized thin films. Our Morrisville, PA, division is experiencing steady growth.  We need experienced self starters to support plant operations. 

 

We are offering immediate opportunities for an experienced Senior Level Maintenance Electrician/Mechanic and Junior Level Maintenance Mechanic (Millwright).  We also include a competitive hourly pay & benefits package.

 

Senior Level. Working closely with the Plant Engineer, you will have the responsibility of performing mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing equipment in a heavy industrial environment.  Equipment includes air compressors, incinerators, hot water equipment and up to 40 ton overhead cranes. Day shift hours starting at 8 am, M-F, with overtime as needed.

Using your experience and strong work ethic, you will take complete ownership of the job. You will plan your work around production schedules, working with a sense of urgency to focus on ensuring continuous production.

 

 

Requirements:5-10 yrs experience in heavy industrial setting as mechanic or electrician Able to read electrical line diagrams, schematics and blue prints Experience with 480 volt, 3 phase electrical distribution systems PLC trouble shooting (Allen Bradley) DC Drive experience, up to 50 HP Strong work ethics Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment. Take charge attitude Supervisory experience a plus Basic computer skills

 

Junior Level (Millwright) :  Supporting night shift production, work hours are M-F 4:00 pm to 12 am. You will use your experience in an industrial environment to repair and maintain machinery and equipment.

 

Requirements:5 yrs experience in a heavy industrial environment. Electrical experience strongly preferred Millwright certification a plus Strong time management skills Independent worker, take ownership of job duties. Basic computer skills
