Territory Specialist - Textile Care Industry

Ecolab's Textile Care Division provides products, systems and services that meet the complex needs of large commercial laundry operations. Recognizing that customers differ in size, technology and service requirements, Ecolab formed the Textile Care Division to offer chemical and dispensing systems for textile rental and industrial laundries. Main Responsibilities:



Territory Specialists are responsible for developing, servicing, and managing a chain laundry account.

This position deals directly with customers and success depends not only on the ability to service Ecolab's line of Textile Care laundry products, but also on the ability to provide each customer with prompt, personal, and reliable service.

Territory Specialist combines mechanical aptitude and laundry process knowledge in meeting our customer's needs.

Many calls require installation, repair, or maintenance of equipment.

Our Territory Specialists are the solution for dozens of appreciative customers



Key Qualifications:

4 year college degree preferred

2 years sales and service experience preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude required

Strong customer service skills required

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organization and follow-up skills

Proven time management skills and the ability to multitask

Ability to work independently

A desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment

On call shifts may be required
