Contractor Team Leader-Transportation

Clarksville Refrigerated Lines, a Greatwide company, is a leading third party provider of dedicated 'closed-loop' supply chain transportation services. As a recognized leader in logistics design and operational excellence serving retail and wholesale distributors, Transport Industries has posted tremendous growth and shows no signs of slowing down. We are looking for a hard-working individual to join our dedicated team as Dispatcher in Opelika, AL.

 

This position supports a dedicated terminal in Dispatch, DOT Compliance, Loss Prevention, and driver recruiting/staffing.

 

The ideal candidate must possess the following:

 

 ? Excellent communication, administrative and leadership skills

 

? Proven ability to interact & communicate on a professional basis with customers, drivers and other employees

 

? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

 

? Success in building driver/contractor relations 

 

? Proven analytical ability to analyzing and develop loss trend data including reporting

 

High School diploma.

 

 Transportation safety/compliance experience; dedicated fleet (owner operators) operations or food distribution background a plus:

 

 Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications a plus
