Corporate Compliance Manager, Wilmington, Ohio (ILN)

We are searching for a Corporate Compliance Manager to assist ABX Air and it subsidiaries in complying with federal, state and local contract requirements:  responsible for reviewing government solicitations and contracts, advising business team regarding significant contracting requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions;  work with managers to monitor compliance and provide necessary documentation;  assist in identification, development and implementation of new contract policy and processes; work with legal counsel in keeping abreast of and analyzing changes in laws governing federal, state and local contract requirements.



 

Responsible for managing affirmative action programs:  identify all areas for which affirmative action plans are required and produce accurate and timely plans;  prepare regular audits on progress, communicating results and changes to management;  develop EEO-1 and VET 100 reports;  perform other duties as assigned. 



 

Requirements include a bachelor?s degree from accredited college or university;  a minimum of five years contracting experience with the federal government and significant experience in dealing with affirmative action plans;  strong knowledge of contracting concepts and applicable public contract acquisition law and regulations, particularly federal acquisition regulations and the General Services Acquisition Manual;  demonstrated competency in organizational, written and verbal communication, analytical, research, investigative and negotiating skills; proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel;  ability to extract data from electronic and paper records systems;  must be familiar with regulations covering employment law;  must be able to travel to hubs for onsite audits as required;

 

Prefer previous supervisory experience, SPHR or PHR certification, experience with Infinium HRIS and government audits.



Hours of work will generally be 8:00 ? 5:00. Salary range:  $51,300 - $69,000 - $86,700
