Delivery Manager
This position is responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery scheduling of our product as well as resolution and expedition of all delivery related problems

Responsibilities include but are not limited to : review and scheduling orders for production, optimizing delivery routes, assisting delivery coordinators with issues training, resolving customer issues relating to missing items, damaged items, complaints as they relate to delivery, assisting ops manager regarding OS HA safety standards and EPA regs, ensuring delivery coordinators are following stated processes and procedures
