Los Angeles Inbound Traffic Mgr. for Freight Forwarder

An International Freight Forwarder/NVOCC in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Freight Forwarding Inbound Traffic Manager for their Los Angeles Branch.  6 to 10 years of International Freight Forwarding Inbound Operations Experience is required, with at least 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience.  This individual will have 8 people to supervise in the Inbound Traffic Dept., and must be able to work with overseas agents, negotiate rates with steamshiplines and air carriers, and complete P & L Reports for the Inbound Traffic Dept.  Must have knowledge of MS Office and Inbound AMS/track & trace system.  Experience with hiring and terminating employees, as well as compliance with Customs and FMC regulations is necessary.  Candidates should have excellent customer service and communication skills.  The company offers a competitive salary, health benefits, 401K with matching, and two weeks vacation.  This is an industry specific position, and candidates must have extensive experience in Freight Forwarding and Customs Brokerage to apply.  Qualified Candidates send resumes immediately, and advance your career!
