Responsibilities:
? Provide leadership & motivation to freight handlers & drivers
? Supervise associates & ensure timely, damage-free loading/unloading of freight
? Meeting customer/scheduling requirements & assisting freight handlers & drivers with daily activities
Requirements:
? College degree or comparable business experience in transportation/service industry
? Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in LTL transportation industry
? Experience supporting sales functions
? Ability to multi-task
? Effective planning & organizational skills
