Covan World-Wide Moving, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Quality Control Director at our corporate headquarters in Midland City, AL.

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate with excellent communication and organizational skills to promote both our company quality standards and customer service image. The Associate will be required to travel as needed to all branch locations.  Associate will work directly with Branch Managers, Dispatch, Customer Service, and Drivers. 

 

Qualifications:Excellent communication and organizational skills Proven problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple prioritiesProficient in excel, word, and be able to navigate through various software packages

 

Duties:Implement quality improvement projectsAnalyze and interpret dataEnsure that customer and quality requirements are metProvide leadership to company to ensure excellence in all quality matters
