Every Route Driver represents Shred-it at our client's place of business. You will be entrusted with collecting all materials to be shredded from the client?s place of business and ensuring it is properly shredded, according to standards. From arrival through to departure, after final clean up of the client's area, your performance must be superior and undertaken with complete regard for confidentiality, courtesy, and environmental consciousness.

 

The materials with which Shred-it clients trust the Route Service Driver is confidential. A driver must be committed to preserving the confidential nature of these materials at all times. You are the face of the Branch and Shred-It. You are sometimes the only Shred-it representative to actually meet the client.  You must be determined to be a superior Shred-it ambassador on every job site.

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

- Possess a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with air brake endorsement

- Ability to lift 50lbs on average. CSR?s lift and carry bags frequently throughout the day, therefore, physical fitness and physical strength are essential to the job of a Route Service Driver.

- You have excellent customer service skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels of business clients.
