Route Driver

 DESCRIPTIONWeb Service Company, in business for almost 60 years, needs a talented and dependable team player for its Los Angeles, California location.

Essential Duties: Drives a company vehicle to laundry room facilities to collect coins from coin-operated washers and dryers. Accurately and legibly records machine usage counter readings. Updates route card information and completes other required paperwork. Cleans machines, changes lint traps, locks, slides, coin chutes and switches. Reports all machines that are out of order. Bags, tags and seals coins in coin bags and deposits them in van vault. Delivers coins to company coin processing facility. Maintain good customer relations with apartment managers and customers.REQUIREMENTSJob Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Company will consider training right candidate. Requirements: Good driving record. Valid driver?s license. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Must pass a stringent background check. Must possess effective English communication skills (oral and written). Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are desirable. Mechanical aptitude helpful. Must complete all training programs within a specified period. Ability to read, understand, and follow documents such as road maps, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and policy and procedure manuals.
