TMS Administrator

Our Corporate offices, located in NW Phoenix is currently seeking a TMS Administrator.  Qualified candidate is responsible for all TMS (transportation management systems) data input functions, including rates, carrier setup, vendor setups, status updates, EDI interfaces, and training.  Training vendors and carriers on TMS interface functionality to ensure compliance with PetSmart's requirements. Maintaining rate bases of over 500,000 combinations to ensure best-cost model possible.  Maintains EDI formats to ensure timely payment and status changes, and will maintain carrier compliance with these status changes to ensure proactive shipment tracing and tracking.

 

Responsible for maintaining a delivery schedule for 2500 shipments per week, and at least 3 different holiday schedules.  Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and intermediate Microsoft Office experience.
