Up To $5,000 Sign-On Bonus May Apply

 

Inexperienced Dedicated Truck Drivers

-Experience rewarded but not required

-Company-provided CDL training

-Earn between $33,500 and $45,500 in your first year

-And $47,500 to $60,500 within 4 years

Experienced Dedicated Drivers

-Paid orientation

-Premium starting pay

-Immediate medical, dental, vision and life insurance

-Conventional tractors on most accounts

 

Owner-Operators

-New fuel surcharge on empty and loaded miles

-$.90-$.97 per loaded or empty mile for solos and teams

-Save up to $10,000 per truck, per year with Schneider's Purchase Power Program

-Average 2,700 to 3,000 miles per week

-No New York City or Canada runs

 

Teams

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus per team

-Teams can earn more than $125,000 per year

-98% no-touch freight

-Average team length-of-haul is 1,500 miles per load

-Schneider will help you find a team partner

-Dedicated team opportunities available

Requirements

-Must be at least 21 years old (DOT requirement)

-Hold a valid driver's license (must be issued by your state of residence)

-Clean driving record

-Solid work history
