Client Service/Front Desk

Veterinary Hospital on east side of Denver is looking for the right person to join our Client Service/ Front Desk team. We are seeking full time and part time positions.  Our faculty is open 24/7, working holidays will be a requirement of this position, as well as weekends.  We offer 401K, medical, dental, life insurance and vacation.

 

 Animal Lodge

The position reports to the  Manager and works as part of a team to provide efficient, professional and high quality  service to our clients and patients.

 REQUIREMENTS

 

q Basic understanding of dog behavior, some veterinary medical understanding a plus

q Strong organizational skills

q Excellent client relations and interpersonal skills

q Basic computer skills

q Good oral and written communication skills

q Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

q Self starter and team player

q Flexible with work schedule

 

 Hospital

The position is the first impression of the hospital to clients and patients. Need to demonstrated excellence customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Must be friendly, professional and capable of handling many tasks at once with interruptions.
